Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscription cancellations must be made within 3 days of the initial purchase for a full refund. After 3 days, no refund will be provided, but you will retain access to the service until the end of the subscription term.

Digital Products & Services: Due to the nature of our digital products and services (IPTV subscriptions), we do not offer refunds once the service has been activated or if you have accessed the content.
Cancellation Within the First 3 Days: If you experience technical issues within the first 3 days and are unable to use the service, we will assess your case and, if applicable, offer a partial refund or alternative compensation (e.g., credit for future use).
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable if the service was faulty or if a payment was made in error. Refunds are not offered for issues related to third-party devices or software incompatibility.
